iBud is a business exposure tour program for young entrepreneurs. Bharatiya Jain Sanghatana has been conducting this tour program since 2016 and takes about 50 youth to 6 cities in 6 days. During this exposure tour, BJS organizes sessions with:
These tours also include visits to business houses, corporate headquarters and business schools such as IIMs and ISB. Till now many such exposure tours have been conducted benefitting hundreds of participants.
This tour program is primarily conceptualized for the youngsters with a family business background who could not avail the learning opportunity at the premier management institutes. These youngsters with their specific family background possess a strong business acumen. Hence they have potential to acquire business entrepreneurial learning for transcending the boundaries of traditional family businesses or that of the traditional business and practices. These youngsters also include those who have opted for employment in spite of a strong conducive family background for business and entrepreneurship. The age group is 20-40 years with a mixed educational background, years of experience and business/professional domains.
